Our cardiac rehabilitation program is designed to help you regain or maintain your well-being through a healthy lifestyle and cardiac rehab exercises.
- Length: 12 weeks
- Frequency: 3 times per week

Participants in our cardiac rehabilitation program attend exercise and education classes supervised and directed by an exercise specialist and registered nurse.
